2. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on this website, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with any of them, they must refrain from using the Site.

INDUSTRIAS CARMENSACHA S.A.S. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and without prior notice. The modifications will take effect from the moment they are published on the Site.

The user agrees to use the Site lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with current legislation. It is prohibited to:

4. Products and availability

INDUSTRIAS CARMENSACHA S.A.S. offers natural products (oils, proteins, flours, nuts, and sacha inchi derivatives) produced under quality and sustainability standards.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products without prior notice. The images shown are illustrative and may differ slightly from the final product due to natural variations.

5. Prices and payments

All prices are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes under current regulations.

Payments may be made through the methods enabled on the Site (transfers, payment gateways, deposits, among others). INDUSTRIAS CARMENSACHA S.A.S. does not store the user’s financial information.

In the event of a typographical or technical error regarding prices or availability, the customer will be informed to confirm or cancel the purchase.

6. Shipping and deliveries

We ship nationwide and internationally, depending on logistical availability.

Delivery times: between 2 and 7 business days within Colombia, depending on location.
Shipping costs: calculated at the time of purchase or indicated if a free-shipping promotion applies.
Order reception: the customer must review the condition of the package upon receipt and report any anomaly within 5 business days after delivery.

7. Changes, returns, and refunds

At INDUSTRIAS CARMENSACHA S.A.S. we ensure the quality of our products. If the customer receives a product in poor condition, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, they may request an exchange or refund within 5 business days following delivery, by sending the purchase invoice and photographic evidence to our customer service email.

Returns of opened or manipulated products will not be accepted, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

8. Intellectual property

All texts, images, logos, trade names, photographs, and other content on the Site are the exclusive property of INDUSTRIAS CARMENSACHA S.A.S. or their respective owners.

Their use, reproduction, or distribution without express written authorization is prohibited.

9. Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data collected through the Site is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and other applicable regulations.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
